Routine 01 · Dry & sensitive
Sensitive scalps tend to be dry and quick to react — itching, redness, flakes. Harsh surfactants make it worse. A mild, slightly acidic amino-acid cleanse calms things down, and conditioner plus a little oil look after the lengths.
Wash-day tips
Amino-acid cleansers lift oil and dirt without pulling the scalp’s own lipids away with it — and keeping the pH mildly acidic helps the hair cuticle lie flat. That’s why MILD is the one I reach for on reactive scalps and coloured hair.

Routine 03 · Oily scalp · short hair
Over-cleansing tells the scalp to make even more oil. The fix is a gentle, SLS-free cleanse that takes away the excess without stripping — plus a dry shampoo so you don’t need to wash twice a day.

Routine 04 · Oily roots · dry ends
Long hair often needs two routines at once: a balancing cleanse for an oily scalp, and nourishment for ends that are older, drier and more weathered. Shampoo the roots, condition and oil the lengths.

The ends of long hair can be two or three years older than the roots — they’ve simply seen more sun, heat and brushing. That’s why I’d never treat the whole head the same way: balance the scalp, feed the lengths.

Every formula is written by a trained cosmetic formulator, checked against EU cosmetic standards, and made in Hong Kong. We’d rather explain how something works than tell you it’s miraculous.

Questions
Yes. The routines are starting points, not rules. Plenty of people use MILD on a sensitive scalp and still put Hair Oil on the ends, or keep Dry Shampoo for busy days whatever their routine.
Yes — it is built around mild amino-acid cleansers in a mildly acidic base and contains no SLS, which makes it a gentle choice for coloured or bleached hair.
Wash with REVIVE and leave the lather on for 3–5 minutes before rinsing. After washing, spray Scalp Mist along your partings and leave it in. Consistency matters most — use both on every wash day.
Most of our shampoos come in several pure essential-oil scents. If you can’t decide, the 30ml travel sizes are an easy way to try one first — or message us and we’ll describe them.
No. Our shampoos use amino-acid cleansers instead of SLS, and our Conditioner and Hair Oil are silicone-free.
