We ship worldwide from Hong Kong, where everything is made in small batches. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where we ship — Hong Kong and Macao locally, plus Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, and the United States. If your country isn't listed, email info@bathetobasics.com with your delivery address and order — we can often arrange direct shipping and will send a quote for your approval first.

Processing — Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delivery times — Local (Hong Kong & Macao): typically 1–3 business days. International: typically 10–25 business days, depending on destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the courier or in customs, timing is outside our hands.

Duties & taxes — International prices don't include import duties or taxes. Your country may charge these on arrival, and they're the customer's responsibility. Please double-check your address at checkout; we can't be responsible for orders lost to an incorrect or incomplete address.

A note on some items — A few products, such as anything containing a battery, can only be shipped within Hong Kong and Macao due to air-freight restrictions.
